As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver creative and engaging lessons that encourage students to develop their confidence, communication skills, and love for performance. You will play a key role in fostering creativity both inside and outside the classroom.

Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages.
Inspire students to develop their performance and creative skills.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Contribute to productions, performances, and enrichment activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for performing arts and student development.
Commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
