We are currently partnering with an unbelievable and growing talent agency in Manchester to find their next Talent/Influencer Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal Talent Manager role within our client's agency, where you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across an individual talent roster while delivering exceptional service. You will identify and secure brand partnerships, manage talent careers, nurture industry relationships, and contribute to the overarching strategy and development of the division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong industry connections, and is passionate about building careers rather than simply closing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Partnerships & Commercial Growth

The successful candidate will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of paid and gifted brand partnerships. A key aspect of this role involves identifying new commercial opportunities that align with each talent's long-term goals and positioning, consistently striving to meet and exceed revenue targets. Furthermore, you will develop strategic partnership opportunities that drive both commercial value and brand credibility.

Talent Management

Acting as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of talent, you will build trusted relationships and provide proactive support across all aspects of talent management. This includes overseeing schedules, travel arrangements, appearances, gifting initiatives, brand commitments, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery. You will also support talent with platform growth, content opportunities, and career development.

Brand & Industry Relationships

Developing and maintaining strong relationships across brands, agencies, broadcasters, media, and industry contacts is crucial. You will confidently represent talent in meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions, actively seeking out new opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and wellness sectors.

Campaign Delivery

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of partnerships, from initial outreach and negotiation through to comprehensive reporting and completion. You will ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and in line with contractual requirements, maintaining exceptional communication with both talent and brand partners throughout every stage of a project.

What Our Client is Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with proven experience within talent management and strong commercial instincts, demonstrated by a proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships. Existing relationships across brands, agencies, and media are highly valued, alongside excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of the creator economy, social media, and digital culture is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities, possessing a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping talent build successful, long-term careers. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications Services is required.
