The Opportunity

As a New Business Consultant, you will engage with prospective clients who have already expressed an interest in the service offering.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, overcoming objections and converting opportunities into long term business relationships.

Your day will include:

• Managing a high volume of warm inbound enquiries
• Building rapport and credibility with prospective clients
• Delivering consultative sales conversations that create value
• Overcoming objections confidently and professionally
• Managing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to conversion
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve both individual and team objectives
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service

About You

We are keen to speak with driven sales professionals who are motivated by success and excited by the opportunity to earn a significant commission.

You will have:

• Proven success within a telephone based sales environment
• Experience within either business to business or business to consumer sales
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• The confidence to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strong resilience and a positive, determined mindset
• The ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
