Salary: £220 - £260 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
*Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
*Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
*Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning and engagement
*Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external agencies
*Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to suit individual needs
About You:
*QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification - must have completed ECT years
*Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils
*Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching
*A calm, patient, and resilient nature
*Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every child's success
