Residential Conveyancer

Location: Remote

Salary: £35,000–£50,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team in a fully remote position. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive legal professional to manage a diverse caseload while providing an excellent level of client service within a modern and supportive firm.

In this role, you will take responsibility for a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and a range of other residential property transactions. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and fellow solicitors to ensure files progress smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have proven experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be confident working independently, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering a high standard of client care. Experience with conveyancing case management systems would be beneficial.
