Since launching, the business has established itself as one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in its category, achieving significant year-on-year growth and expanding its presence across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.

The Role:

As the business continues to expand, they're looking for a TikTok Affiliate & UGC Executive to take ownership of one of their fastest-growing marketing channels and help shape the future of their creator strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the TikTok Shop Affiliate programme, delivering strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.

• Identify, recruit and onboard high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates that align with the brand and target audience.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout every campaign.

• Plan and execute affiliate and UGC campaigns to support product launches, promotional activity and seasonal marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs and creator communications to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics including affiliate sales, conversion rates, engagement and ROI.

• Use performance insights and market trends to continually optimise creator partnerships and maximise channel growth.

• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the creator economy.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Commercial teams to ensure creator activity aligns with wider business objectives.

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and continued growth of the TikTok Affiliate programme.

About You:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programmes or creator partnerships.

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, UGC strategy, affiliate marketing and social commerce.

• Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator and influencer relationships.

• Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimise campaigns using data and performance insights.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Previous experience within ecommerce, consumer goods, beauty, health, wellness or FMCG is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
