Are you a digital media specialist who's ready to lead performance marketing for one of the UK's most recognisable Highstreet retail names?

We're working exclusively with a FTSE-100 Highstreet retail giant, to urgently find a Paid Media lead to join their fast-paced Digital Marketing team for the next 12 months. This is a business shipping to over 70 countries worldwide and leading its category, so the platform and scale on offer here really are hard to match!

The role

Working as part of a close knit, high performing Paid Media team, you'll take ownership of high-impact, data-driven performance marketing campaigns, working hand in hand with the media agency and strategic partners to keep delivery precise and pace fast. Expect real variety and real influence, from beta testing emerging platforms to presenting strategic insights straight to the wider business.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and executing performance-led digital campaigns aligned to commercial goals
• Owning the agency relationship, managing day-to-day delivery with search partners and external stakeholders
• Exploring new platforms and beta opportunities with global media partners to stay ahead of the market
• Partnering cross-functionally with marketing and commercial trading teams around seasonal launches
• Presenting findings and insights to senior stakeholders, turning data into clear commercial recommendations
• Tracking the wider landscape, staying ahead of shifts in technology, privacy, and consumer behaviour

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in digital industries, with strong exposure to performance media channels
• A track record managing search partners and/or agency relationships
• Strong numeracy and Excel skills, with sharp attention to detail
• A logical, collaborative approach and confidence working as part of a team
• Solid technical knowledge across the digital media space

The package
