Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:


  • Winning and growing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
  • Attracting, assessing and engaging top candidates through targeted sourcing and networking.
  • Building expertise in your market and developing a specialism.
  • Working closely with a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and driving results together.
  • Owning your activity and keeping data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.


Profile

We're open to different backgrounds and experiences, including:


  • Experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record who are ready for their next step.
  • Career changers who see recruitment as an exciting new challenge.
  • Sales professionals with at least 12 months' experience and strong transferable skills.
