Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Top 100 Firm - Work/Life Balance - #2109702

Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to be part of this successful nationwide Top 100 practice and join a Commercial Litigation department that represents clients nationally and internationally.

Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years' PQE within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload. Work will consist of a broad mix of director, shareholder and partnership disputes; contractual disputes, professional advisor claims, defamation and injunctions.

You will also have the opportunity to deal with more complex disputes in the High Court and matters consisting of International Arbitration. This department have a number of sector specialisms that include retail, banking and finance, renewable energy, sport and technology.

You will be joining a team of 5 in Manchester but will be part of a wider team of 25+ that operates nationally. There is scope for this to be an Associate, Senior Associate or Partner role due to the level of work in the Manchester & nationally.
