Duties of the Care Home Administrator:

• Acting as the first point of call at the reception area of the scheme
• Greeting all customers and visitors of the reception
• Dealing with all enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
• Managing bookings for meeting rooms and guest rooms
• Managing the key fob programming system
• Completing daily welfare checks using telephone linked intercom system
• Using various IT systems to raise repairs and dealing with rent enquiries.
• Completing health and safety compliance checks
• Liaising with contractors to carry out repairs and compliance works
• Taking minutes of any meetings held and distributing accordingly
• Managing stock levels of office stationery

Requirements of the Care Home Administrator:
