• Manage diaries of support to the organisation's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior President, including schedule meetings and organise appointments.
• Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally.
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist with event planning and coordination tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all activities.

Profile

A successful Temporary PA should have:
