Commercial Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester - Hybrid (considered)

Salary: Up to £35K (DOE) + uncapped commission + benefits

As a Commercial Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across a range of commercial sectors to source high-quality permanent candidates.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business through proactive sales and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.
• Source, interview, and shortlist candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Advertise vacancies and build talent pipelines.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to completion.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual sales and placement targets.

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or permanent recruitment.
• A proven track record of business development and billing success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for recruitment.
