Your new role
As Client Support Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and professional administrative support to clients and internal stakeholders.You will be responsible for handling client enquiries, maintaining records, managing service requests, and ensuring all tasks are completed to a consistently high standard. This opportunity would suit an organised and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support and guidance to clients in a clear and approachable manner.
- Manage a high volume of client communications, including telephone calls, emails, and follow-up requests.
- Process client requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance at all times.
- Respond proactively to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve queries with excellent attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to achieve team objectives.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and client experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration, customer service, client support, or office-based experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Highly accountable with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
