Grand Recruitment is working with an exciting new estate agency launching in Central Manchester.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager / Branch Manager to help establish and grow the business from day one.

This is not a traditional branch management role focused solely on day-to-day operations. You will take a proactive approach to generating new sales and lettings business, building relationships and increasing market share across Central Manchester.

• Generate new sales and lettings opportunities
• Conduct market appraisals and win instructions
• Build relationships with vendors and landlords
• Develop a strong local presence and pipeline
• Support the launch and growth of the new branch

• Strong estate agency experience ideally within Central Manchester
• Proven ability to generate new business and win instructions
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and highly motivated
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
