Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a very well-respected telecommunications company, who are looking to add a Project Delivery Specialist to their team.

The Project Delivery Specialist will deliver B2B products to agreed success criteria. A big part of this position will be managing key supplier relationships and working as a collective team to ensure results are met for customers. The right candidate will need to pro-actively manage the overall delivery of both standard and complex products to the highest possible standards.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Delivery Manager, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams that support the smooth transition from sales to delivery to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing regular status updates and reporting on key milestones.
• Manage project resources and priorities to maximise efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Track project budgets, costs and resource allocation, highlighting any variances.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Manage project scope, ensuring any changes are assessed, documented and communicated effectively.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering IT or Telecoms, business change or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing risks, budgets and project governance.
