Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Supporting senior team members on a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Developing technical knowledge through practical experience and professional study
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high standard of service
• Working collaboratively within the audit and accounts team to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
• Gaining exposure to a wide variety of accounting software and client systems

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an accountancy practice
• Experience preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Good working knowledge of accounting software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or currently studying AAT
• Candidates looking to progress onto ACCA are encouraged to apply
