Joining an established operations team, you'll receive comprehensive training, take ownership of your own workload, and gain valuable knowledge of pension transfers and client administration. With continued investment in people and clear progression routes, you'll have the opportunity to develop into senior administration, leadership, or wider operational positions over time.
Package & Benefits
• Salary of £30,000 per annum.
• Monthly performance bonus of approximately £100 to £150.
• Private healthcare.
• Profit share scheme.

Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing pension transfer cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately.
• Coordinating client onboarding, prepare paperwork, obtain electronic signatures, and maintain accurate case records.
• Liaising with pension providers, clients, and internal teams to keep cases progressing efficiently and provide regular updates.
• Managing your own portfolio of cases while supporting advisers and the wider client services function.
About You
• Previous administration or client services experience within a professional office environment.
• Experience handling case management, documentation, or regulated administrative processes.
• Confident using business systems while maintaining accurate client and case records.
