Duties for Sales and Customer Service Manager

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and company targets.
• Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
