Personal Tax Associate - #2098104

We are looking for a Personal Tax Associate to join our Client in their expanding and well-regarded Tax Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing personal tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11Ds

• Supporting clients with personal tax compliance and responding to day-to-day queries

• Identifying tax planning opportunities and assisting with advisory work

• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients where required

• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with HMRC deadlines

• Building strong relationships with clients and providing an excellent level of service

• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, joined-up service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a personal tax role within a UK accountancy practice

• Good understanding of UK personal tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements

• Experience preparing personal tax returns for a varied client portfolio

• Knowledge of P11Ds and personal tax planning would be advantageous

• ATT qualified, studying towards ATT/CTA, or qualified by experience (desirable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
