Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Manchester

An established Top Tier Legal 500 firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied and interesting caseload, including referrals from an in-house Court of Protection team, alongside a steady stream of new private client instructions.

The department also has a strong portfolio of trust administration work for family trusts.

The Role
Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of private client matters, including:

• Estate administration
• Trust administration
• Drafting Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients on a broad range of private client matters

The role involves regular contact with clients, their families and carers, providing practical and legal advice while managing your own files under appropriate supervision.

Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive team comprising experienced directors, solicitors, paralegals and dedicated administrative support.

About You
The Private Client Solicitor will:

• Have experience in private client work, particularly estate and trust administration
• Be confident managing your own caseload
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a team
• Be committed to delivering a high standard of service
