Interim Finance Consultant (4 days PW, outside IR35) - #2097419

Robertson Bell are supporting a Registered Provider through a significant period of organisational change and are looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Consultant on an initial six-month contract.

Working directly with the Finance Director, you'll take ownership of a varied programme of technical accounting work, including a financial restatement, fixed asset and housing stock revaluations, establishing a robust monthly management accounts process, supporting rents and service charge accounting cycles, and helping prepare year-end statutory reporting.

This is a hands-on role for a qualified accountant who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You'll need to be a confident all-rounder, capable of assessing priorities quickly, working independently and delivering high-quality technical accounting support in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Have strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience.
• Be comfortable producing management accounts and statutory accounts.
• Experienced within the Housing/Registered Provider sector.
• Be available to start at short notice.

Contract details:

• Initial 6-month contract.
• Fully remote working (within UK).
• Outside IR35.
• Four or five days per week considered.
• Immediate start with interviews taking place from w/c 29th June.
