We're working with one of Manchester's most impressive and fast-growing property agencies. A company known for its high standards, supportive culture, and genuine commitment to developing its people. With a modern city-centre office and a reputation for doing things the right way, they're now looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio of around 150 high-quality apartments, mostly across Manchester, with some remote oversight of units in other major UK cities. You'll be joining a friendly, high-performing team that values collaboration, open-mindedness, and a willingness to get stuck in. The Role
- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, ensuring tenants and landlords receive a smooth, professional service
- Be a key point of contact for residents, handling queries and keeping communication clear and timely
- Support tenants through move-ins and move-outs, helping to create a positive experience at every stage
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, working with trusted contractors and developer aftercare teams
- Ensure properties meet current safety and compliance standards
- Handle tenancy deposits and end-of-tenancy processes with accuracy and fairness
- Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently and maintain excellent service levels
You Will Have
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Great communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and property management systems
- A good understanding of tenancy regulations and processes
- A proactive, positive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and colleagues
- An interest in working towards the Propertymark ARLA Level 3 qualification
