Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Profile

A successful Tech Recruiter should have:

  • A proven track record in technical recruitment within human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
