Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- At least 1 year PQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing a litigated caseload from cradle to grave
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process
- Experience handling fast-track claims. The work is non-RTA but confident RTA litigators looking to move over to EL/OL/PL work will be considered
- Ability to progress cases proactively through litigation to achieve the best possible client outcomes
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- A strong billing track record and ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- A proactive and resilient mindset, with genuine tenacity and enthusiasm
- Experience using Proclaim case management system
- Exposure to both portal and non-portal claims
- Experience progressing cases to trial or final hearings
