Graduate Operations Associate - #2093483

My client is located in the heart of Manchester and they're looking for a Graduate Operations Associate to join them!

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the planning, tracking, and delivery of small operational projects and initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
• Support process improvements by gathering information and identifying inefficiencies
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support operational activities
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and inbox management
• Monitor key operational tasks and ensure deadlines are met

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience supporting projects or working in a project-based environment is desirable
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
