Senior Data Analyst - #2092935

I'm partnered with a disruptive organisation who are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability through data-driven insights. Working closely with the CEO, you will analyse pricing performance, develop pricing models, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for an experienced analyst with strong Excel, SQL, and Python skills and a passion for commercial problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse pricing, margin, and customer data to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Conduct pricing elasticity, profitability, and performance analysis.
• Build and automate reporting using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate pricing changes, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior analysts where required.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Senior Data Analyst role.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python skills.
• Experience analysing pricing, revenue, margin, or commercial performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
• Experience with pricing optimisation, elasticity modelling, or forecasting (desirable)
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, insurance, utilities, travel, or other pricing-focused industries (desirable)
