Regional Director – HVAC & Pump Rental

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Annual 40% Bonus, Pension, & Company Car or Allowance

Location: Northern England

Candidate - Regional Director – HVAC & Pump Rental:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading & established HVAC & Pump Rental business. A position has become available to recruit a Regional Director to lead the dynamic and efficient day to day running of the operations function within the business across their Northern England depots.. Focussing on managing and developing the Operations, Engineering, and P+L to provide a first-class service to both staff and customers, whilst assisting the sales team’s performance through precise interaction.

The role will involve overseeing a regional depot network, overseeing remote teams of engineers and controlling costs & efficiencies. It will report directly to a Managing Director.

Candidate – Regional Director – HVAC & Pump Rental:

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

• Hands on Experienced Multi-Site Operational leader from a specialist rental business.

• Previous experience of managing teams of mobile engineers.

• Experience of the HVAC or Pump Rental sector preferred.

• Experience of handling a P+L.

• Based Northern England – Northern England wide remit
