JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor                 
PQE REQUIRED: 2+        
LOCATION: Manchester                
SALARY: Up to £60,000 DOE                   

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Manchester. You will undertake a broad and varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert advice to individuals and families across all aspects of wealth preservation and succession planning. The role offers exposure to the full remit of private client work, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters and inheritance tax planning. Working closely with clients, you will deliver tailored advice whilst building long-term relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor with experience managing a full private client caseload. You will possess strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate administration and tax and succession planning matters, together with excellent client relationship management skills. Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families on complex estate planning matters would be advantageous. You will be commercially aware, proactive and capable of managing your own workload whilst maintaining the highest standards of client care.
