About the Opportunity

GET BAKED is growing aggressively and we're looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to help scale our e-commerce and digital platforms.

This is primarily a remote role with occasional face-to-face collaboration when needed.

We're not looking for someone who simply works through a queue of tickets. We want an independent thinker and problem solver who can take ownership, move quickly, and make a real impact.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years commercial development experience
• Strong Shopify development experience
• Excellent HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend development skills
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms
• Strong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
• Ability to work independently and deliver without constant direction
• Comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing business
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus Points ForReact / Next.js experience
• Experience with high-traffic e-commerce websites
• Experience using AI tools to improve development workflows

We move quickly, priorities change, and we're constantly looking for better ways to do things. We're looking for someone who enjoys that environment and can keep up with the pace.

Important: Many of our major launches and product drops happen outside standard office hours.

While this isn't an always-on role, there will occasionally be evening or weekend involvement when launches require it.We're also big believers in AI-assisted development and expect candidates to be comfortable using modern tools to help them work smarter and faster.

Salary: £36,000–£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
