Reed is looking for a Resourcer to join our thriving Further Education team in Manchester.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with candidates daily and building strong relationships
• Sourcing and engaging people looking for new opportunities
• Screening candidates and understanding their skills and goals
• Supporting candidates throughout their job search journey
• Working closely with Consultants on recruitment campaigns
• Building talent pipelines for ongoing opportunities
