Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
• Supporting on multi-million pound deals from inception to completion
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
• Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused advice
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless legal services

Profile

We are looking for Solicitors with at least 1 seat of corporate experience - up to Legal Director level!

You should be:

• Experienced in M&A transactions and general corporate matters
• Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• A strong communicator and team player
