Head of Digital - #2091733

Forward Role has partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing oral care brands looking for a Head of Digital to take full ownership of our marketing function.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially sharp, hands-on marketer who can balance brand-building with performance marketing and deliver measurable, profitable growth. You'll sit above the existing team and agency partners, reporting directly to the CEO.

What You'll Own

• Marketing strategy, annual planning, and budget across all channels
• Leadership of the in-house marketing team and external agency relationships
• Paid media performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google (ROAS, CAC, profitability)
• Influencer and affiliate strategy - building and scaling creator partnerships
• Social media, content, email, SMS, and CRM including Klaviyo automations
• Go-to-market strategy for new product launches
• Marketing reporting, KPI dashboards, and insights presented to the CEO

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in a senior marketing or digital leadership role
• Proven track record scaling DTC or e-commerce consumer brands
• Strong grasp of performance marketing with a data-driven mindset
• Experience leading teams, managing agencies, and owning budgets
• A strategic thinker who's equally comfortable being hands-on
• Klaviyo, Shopify, or influencer/affiliate experience a bonus
