Property Investment Consultant – Manchester - Up to £30,000 DOE (OTE £80,000)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing city centre, multi discipline property group. What you will be doing

• Building relationships with investors and homebuyers selling to a rapidly growing database
• Progressing and closing sales
• Selling of luxury, new build apartments to investors
• Passionate about securing clients, the right investment property for their needs and you should take pride in your service being second to none

What you will have

• Previous experience of working in the property investment/buy-to-let market is preferred but not essential
• Experienced sales background with a proven track record
• Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc)
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
