A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Legal Director to join its highly regarded Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the UK's most high-profile development, regeneration, investment and asset management projects, while playing a key role in the continued growth of a market-leading practice.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of Commercial Real Estate matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant work across major property portfolios
• Acquisitions, disposals and asset management transactions
• Development and regeneration projects
• Large-scale lease and easement roll-out programmes
• Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
