Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential, retail, healthcare and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
• Excellent technical detailing skills
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
