Quality Analyst - #2089111

Our client a very successful global delivery solutions company are now looking to add a Quality Analyst to the team.

This amazing client is looking for someone with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Role

• Ensuring reports (Excel based reporting monitoring each leg of the parcels journey) across all our models are kept up to date daily
• Monitoring parcels from origin to destination through to delivery to the end consumer
• Any concerns or delays seen impacting Quality are highlighted in good time to the relevant supplier
• Liaise with suppliers (warehouse/broker/carrier) to resolve issues
• Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive in achieving solutions
• Communicating any delays to management
• Ensuring all parcel tracking is sent by our suppliers, highlighting any concerns
• Identify trends in performance that could have an impact to Quality
• Ensuring pre-alerts are sent accurately and on time to our suppliers
• Develop finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes
• Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
