Senior Pricing Analyst
Location: Remote with monthly travel
Salary: £50-64k DOE
Reports to: Pricing Leadership Team

About the Role:

An international organisation is seeking a commercially focused Senior level Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making. The successful candidate will develop pricing models, deliver market insights, and support high-value business opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse pricing, costs, margins, and profitability across products and services.
• Develop and maintain financial and pricing models.
• Support commercial bids and customer negotiations with data-driven analysis.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing performance.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to improve pricing processes.
• Support pricing governance, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of business cases and commercial recommendations for senior leadership review.
• Ensure pricing data integrity by maintaining accurate records, assumptions, and documentation within pricing systems and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing performance through process optimisation, reporting enhancements, and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level with over 5 years' experience in pricing or commercial analyst role.
• Advanced Excel including experience in financial modelling.
• A strategic approach to pricing, with a ‘think outside the box’ approach.
• Experience within technology, logistics, retail or similar industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based pricing, competitor analysis, and tender bids is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Confident with strong communication skill.
• Fluent in English.
