Overview
We are working with a well-established, high-profile organisation seeking to appoint a Corporate Fundraising Manager or Senior Corporate Fundraiser, depending on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with a large, engaged corporate supporter base and strong brand recognition.
The Role
Corporate Fundraising Manager (mid-level):
- Manage a high volume of corporate relationships (circa 200 active accounts annually)
- Engage with a wider pool of 500–600 companies per year
- Focus on day-to-day relationship management, engagement, and income generation
- Typically working with organisations contributing £50k–£100k annually
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new corporate relationships through networking, outreach, meetings, and presentations, securing and managing long-term partnerships.
- Build and deliver a diverse range of partnership opportunities, including sponsorship, cause-related marketing, employee fundraising, and in-kind support.
- Utilise networking and market engagement to generate new business opportunities across a broad range of sectors, both locally and nationally.
- Take ownership of income generation, managing against agreed new business targets and supporting overall budget delivery.
- Track and report on income performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics.
- Represent the organisation at external events and proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships, ensuring strong engagement and long-term retention.
- Motivate and support partners to achieve ambitious fundraising or commercial contribution goals.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of wider partnership and fundraising strategy.
- Undertake project work and collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities across multiple income streams.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, ensuring effective data management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Support and attend partner-led and organisational events as required.
- Work collaboratively across teams to identify cross-functional opportunities and enhance overall performance.
- Manage corporate volunteers where required.
- Take ownership of personal development and stay up to date with relevant sector trends and best practice.
- Ensure all activity is compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and data protection requirements.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to inform future strategy.
