Your Role
You’ll support pupils aged 5–16 with a wide range of needs, including:
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Autism, ADHD, and communication needs
- Learning difficulties and behavioural challenges
- Trauma and attachment-related needs
In your role, you will:
Deliver or support adapted, inclusive lessons
Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils
Use behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and pastoral teams
Help create safe, structured, and nurturing learning environments

Who We’re Looking For
We want to hear from newly qualified teachers and ECTs who are:

- Resilient, adaptable, and confident building relationships
- Keen to develop behaviour management and specialist SEN skills
- Available Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
- Willing to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
