Top Legal 500 law firm in Manchester, are currently recruiting a diligent, confident, self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Minimum of 1 years experience within the field of Litigation is essential. Hybrid working along with clear progression.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious matters while working closely with experienced solicitors and partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners and managing aspects of litigation files, whilst developing their technical skills and progressing their legal career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners and managing aspects of litigation files, whilst developing their technical skills and progressing their legal career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Essential Experience for this Litigation Paralegal role:
- Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience dealing with County Court claims
- Experience liaising with Counsel
- Basic knowledge of Solicitors’ Accounts Rules
- Assisting with the management of litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Assisting with conducting County Court proceedings
- Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
- Liaising with clients, Counsel, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
- Providing general support to fee earners on a range of litigation matters
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confidence and self-motivation
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate
- Demonstrable willingness to learn and progress
- LPC/SQE 1 would be an advantage but not essential
