We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing digital agency that delivers high-quality web, design and digital marketing solutions for clients across a range of sectors.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an organised and commercially aware Web & Design Project Manager to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to an exceptional standard.

The Role

As Digital Design Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating digital projects from initial briefing through to launch and handover.

Working closely with designers, SEO specialists, developers, solutions architects and client-facing teams, you'll ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, communicated and delivered against agreed objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The Role

You'll take ownership of web and design projects from brief through to launch, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, designers, developers and digital specialists, you'll coordinate project timelines, manage priorities, mitigate risks and keep stakeholders informed throughout the delivery process.

You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving project processes and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple web and creative projects simultaneously
• Coordinate internal teams across design, development, content and SEO
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope and project documentation
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies
• Support QA, launch planning and project handovers
• Drive efficient delivery processes and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing digital, web, marketing or creative projects
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience delivering website or CMS-based projects
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness around budgets, timelines and scope
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
