Our client is a well-established and growing claimant law firm to recruit a solicitor or chartered legal executive into their personal injury department working on a range of Occupiers' and Public Liability (OL/PL) claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. Your new role

This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you:

• Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
• Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
• Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
• Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
• Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
• Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes
• Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1+ year PQE
• Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
• Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
• Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
• Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
• Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
• Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes
• Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules
