They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Manchester.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Lead a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Produce technical information for tender packages
• ensure project compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
• produce design info across RIBA stages 3 through to 5
• carry out site visits and surveys to ensure successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Job running experience
• Experience managing projects across various sectors through to completion
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Ability to produce working drawing packages
• Previous experience detailing complex buildings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
