Are you an experienced Payroll professional with strong SD Worx systems knowledge looking for your next immediate opportunity?

We are recruiting for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join a busy and supportive payroll team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support during a key period for the business.

Please note: Previous SD Worx payroll system experience is essential for this role.

As Senior Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will play a key role in payroll administration, system support, reporting and resolving payroll queries across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing payroll accurately using the SD Worx payroll system
• Managing payroll data and ensuring all records are maintained correctly
• Supporting end-to-end payroll activities and monthly payroll processing
• Processing manual payroll adjustments and payments, including Irish payroll where required
• Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
• Supporting payroll system integrations and process improvements
• Producing payroll reports and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
• Working closely with HR, Finance and wider business teams to resolve payroll issues

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of the SD Worx payroll system (essential)
• Experience processing high-volume payrolls
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong systems experience and confidence working with payroll data
• Experience supporting payroll system changes, implementations or integrations would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Irish payroll processes would be beneficial
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to start immediately or at short notice
