German Speaking IT Shared Services Consultant

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum

Location: UK based - fully remote

Language Requirement: Fluent German (Essential)

The Opportunity

German-speaking Mid-Level IT Consultant required to join a growing team in a fully remote capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to support IT transformation and projects across the full lifecycle and contribute to IT service transitions.

If you have strong experience in IT operations, IT service delivery, or enterprise systems environments and a proven background in n IT transformation and/or transition projects this role offers genuine variety, impact and career progression

What you'll be doing:

IT Transformation & Transition Delivery

• Support IT transformation and transition projects across the full lifecycle: assessment, design, and implementation.
• Contribute to IT service transitions, including application and process migration, knowledge transfer, and stabilisation

IT Assessment & Analysis

• Support IT assessments across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and service delivery models.
• Map enterprise applications, integrations, and service processes.

GBS & Operating Model Design

• Support the design and implementation of IT operating models within GBS and Shared Services environments.
• Contribute to process standardisation and service optimisation initiatives.

Project & Programme Support

• Support project governance, planning, and tracking across IT transformation initiatives.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies within assigned workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support client workshops, communications, and alignment throughout transformation programmes.

Documentation & Continuous

• Contribute to transformation documentation, business analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimisation.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent German – essential
Proven experience in IT Operations, IT Service Delivery or enterprise systems environments

Proven experience in IT transformation and/or transition projects

Strong project delivery experience

An understanding of enterprise applications, integrations and IT service management (ITSM)

Experience with GBS or Shared Services models
