What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within the FE sector
• Screening and qualifying candidates to ensure suitability for roles
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with Consultants and MSP team on strategic accounts
• Building long-term talent pipelines within education
