Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Directors within the business. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The successful candidate will provide both business and personal support to the Directors, ensuring their professional and personal commitments are managed efficiently and confidentially. The role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain the highest levels of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain diaries, appointments, co-ordination of internal and external meetings across multiple businesses.
- Monitor and follow up on key business tasks and deadlines.
- Support projects and initiatives across multiple businesses within the Group.
- Book travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
- Manage and prioritise a busy and constantly changing workload, liaising with colleagues and clients.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and business partners as required.
- Handle personal correspondence and documentation, making purchases and payments using Directors' personal credit card to process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for the Directors.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Other ad hoc requirements where necessary.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a PA or executive support role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business, clients and third parties through various methods.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (predominantly Word and Excel)
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
