The Role

We are recruiting Day Centre Support Workers on a term-time contract, aligned to the Manchester City Council school calendar. • Commitment to further training and professional development

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of non-aversive approaches to behaviour management

  • Familiarity with EHCP processes

  • Hours worked flexibly to meet service requirements

  • Salary benefits: Free parking, company pension

Why Join Us?

At CSSL, we genuinely believe in caring for our clients with dignity and respect. You will be part of a team that sees the whole person (not just their needs) and is committed to inspiring independence and happiness every day.
