As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation.
This is a strategic and commercial leadership position for someone who thrives on driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and influencing business direction at board level.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider leadership team, the Head of Growth will own the agency's growth strategy, sales performance, and marketing function.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering revenue targets, leading business development activities, overseeing marketing strategy, and ensuring the business maintains a deep understanding of its target customers and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver new business revenue targets.
- Develop and execute the agency's growth strategy across sales and marketing.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement across the sales process and customer journey.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing business development function.
- Oversee prospecting, outreach, qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Manage complex sales cycles and high-value commercial opportunities.
- Lead discovery sessions, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure CRM data and sales reporting remain accurate and actionable.
Marketing Leadership
- Shape and oversee marketing strategy and execution.
- Drive thought leadership, events, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
- Align marketing activity with revenue objectives and commercial priorities.
- Support content, outreach, and reputation-building programmes aimed at senior decision-makers.
Strategic Growth & Market Insight
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Help shape service development, pricing strategy, and future growth opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of developments within Amazon, e-commerce, and digital commerce.
Senior Leadership
- Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive business performance.
- Communicate growth initiatives and commercial performance across the organisation.
- Coach and support colleagues involved in the sales and client acquisition process.
About You
We're looking for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a senior Growth, Commercial, Revenue, or Business Development leadership role.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth within a digital agency, e-commerce business, SaaS company, or related environment.
- Experience leading both sales and marketing functions.
- Demonstrated success in building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, forecasting, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently at executive and board level.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within Amazon, marketplaces, e-commerce, retail media, or digital commerce.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and B2B growth strategies.
- Experience working within a high-growth, entrepreneurial business environment.
