We're hiring an Account Exec to join our Client Services team!
We’re a fast growing UGC creator agency on a mission to help digitally native brands scale by enabling access to authentic content for their complete digital ecosystem while championing creators! We are building a marketplace platform to connect DTC brands and content creators across beauty, lifestyle and wellness to deliver a consistent stream of UGC content, monthly.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented Account Exec to join our growing team. You’ll be a good fit if your detail oriented, organised and passionate about the future of the creator economy.
What you'll do:
Working alongside our Head of Client Services you’ll be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with your dedicated brands
Day-to-day:
- Work closely with the Head of Client Services to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our creative deliverables
- Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign performance, creative recommendations, and strategic planning
- Day-to-day project management of your accounts, making sure that deadlines are being met and exceeded.
- Support with editing/content delivery when needed. Including adding captions/small edits
- Support with writing briefs/concept ideas for clients and creators
- Responsible for keeping clients updated and informed, feeding back on creative and pipeline to internal teams.
- Building long term relationships with clients and managing any low to mid level issues.
- Supporting the sales cycle where needed to ensure new leads are being responded to within a timely manner.
- Work closely with your creator team to ensure client needs are met and where needed support with briefing and delivery of content.
Who we are looking for:
- 1+ years experience in an Creative/Account Management role preferably in an agency setting..
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Growth mindset, dedicated to growing your skills as a professional
- Detail orientated
- Strong bias to action
- Previous experience working with brands across beauty, wellness and lifestyle is a plus but not essential!
- Excellent verbal/written communicator
